POSITIONING FORMAT
Next check your charts pre-selected coordinates, some older versions supported
the following positioning
format... hddd mm ss, we have found this positioning format to not
be as accurate as what we use now.
On all newer production charts you will find we are now using the following
positioning format: hddd mm ss.s

tight spot.
SATELLITE SIGNAL
Make sure you have at least 4 strong satellite signals and good batteries. In
some cases a better external

TECHNICAL NOTES
Tech Note:
Chart creation is very technical and dealing with Datums and GPS in general for
accuracy sake. Atlantic Mapping, Inc. go through many tests with their GPS
charts to insure they are correct.
However, not all mapping is done the same and at no time do we commit that any
other company
or competitor's mapping is created the same or is compatible in nature. When
inputting pre-selected
coordinates from Atlantic Mapping, Inc charts, a Atlantic Mapping, Inc hard
copy chart should also
be used to insure accuracy.
